Margery E. Golant

Margery Golant has spent her career analyzing and solving legal problems for individuals, families, and businesses. Her work has spanned civil litigation and dispute resolution, consumer protection, real estate and title, business and contract matters, and estate and probate questions.

Her perspective comes from seeing problems from many sides. She has served as a judge, worked inside industry as Assistant General Counsel and Director of Title Services for a national company, and spent decades representing clients on the other side of large institutions. She was recognized as Consumer Protection Attorney of the Year by The Florida Bar’s Consumer Protection Law Committee, and was invited to testify before the United States House of Representatives.
