Primary/Concierge Counsel is an optional ongoing relationship for individuals, families, and businesses who want a familiar legal resource available as questions and decisions arise.
Over time, counsel can become familiar with the client’s circumstances, business, objectives, and recurring concerns. That context can make it easier to recognize issues early and decide when legal action is—and is not—necessary.
Most people establish relationships with trusted professionals before an emergency occurs. Legal services often work differently: people begin looking for a lawyer only after something has happened, and frequently when they are already under pressure.
Some questions may require only a conversation. Others may require document review, research, negotiation, representation, or specialized outside counsel. The relationship may include consultations and other services according to the written engagement terms agreed upon at the outset.
First Move Law & Consulting accepts appropriate individual matters and consultations on the ordinary hourly model. You never need to join an ongoing program to obtain advice, a consultation, or representation.
